Green flash

Taken in the Niagara butterfly collection house. I loved the blur of movement of the wing compared to the clarity of the flower.I took lots of photos but the still butterfly while lovely doesnt look as interesting as the sense of catching it in mid flight.

I do not always get to check my site every day , so i apologise for not commenting immediately,but i do generally check in 3-5 times a week so your comments are always viewed and appreciated. Max, great work! I love the clarity of the flower against the movement of the butterfly also, it looks so beautiful, I love the colours, magnificent.

@Observing: yes, can't get the detail but can get the effect of movement. need to experiment more. Thankyou for the feedback, Mike Observing,. By the way I love your blog name, many years ago my art teacher said the difference between a good and great artist is observation skills.How often do we look but dont see!!!

@Yalda: Thanks Yalda, it was really neat.I dragged a group of young 20yr olds in with me and thought they would get bored - They came out 1 hour later and had been totally engrossed.
