Along the Trail.

@Kylie Greenan: Its actually quite good if you dont mind lake flys! they swarm at this time of year which we had forgotten about.!

@Dimitrios: I dont know, yesterdays one was strong contrasts and that worked for that shot but this one lost too much detail and is softer like this.Hard to tell which one i like best really.

@cranky: Thanks Cranky, i think each picture varys and you have to decide by playing with them.

@MaryP: Yes thats what I was wanting, its a trail along an old train line, and the treatment is a nod in the direction of the scenes history.

@willow: Thanks Willow, it was the lines that drew me.

@Kathryn: Yes i do but i found if it was lighter it looked bleached out and lost the effect.I think because of the time of day the contrasts had softened.

@Charles: the trail follows some of the old railway line route, so is several kms long.Thanks Charles.
