Succulent starburst

One of the flower heads that drew me at the Botanic Gardens was this succulent flower.I am so pleased with this image - hope you like it too.

Beautiful colors, detail and composition. It's fascinating to see what nature has to provide when it comes to colors, which variety is used, especially compared to human-made designs.

very cool and lots of fun! i really like how the colour changes from red to blue on the buds - it reminds me of a firework!
I went to my Grandmother's new house the other day and took heaps of photos of her spectacular flowers and hopefully will post some of them soon but i must go to the botanical gardens soon too!
